WHAT’S ONLINE COACHING?
The program you receive is 100% individualised to you, your needs, your injury and training history, your sport, and your goals. You’ll never get a “repeat” or “generator” program from us. Don’t worry; we will go over this information in your introductory call!
Monthly Coach Call
Schedule a 30-minute check-in call with your coach every month, where you can review what worked, what didn’t, any changes in time or needs you’ll have in the upcoming month, and then strategize about how to attack your goals in the next part of your program.
You get video demonstrations of the movements in your program, so you’re never lost! Then, when you train, you take videos of parts of your session and send it to us per Email, Drive or DropBox. We review it and give you feedback each week on what’s good and can be improved.
WHO’S MY COACH?
You will first meet with Julia, our head performance coach.
Julia is a strength and conditioning coach and sport psychology expert, having worked with notable NCAA Division I schools, such as Virginia Tech and George Mason University, as well as professional teams around the world, including the Major League Baseball, semi-professional American Football and women’s professional soccer teams.
Depending on your needs, you might work with Julia or another coach at White Lion, whose experience, knowledge, and personality can best suit your needs.
