Most likely, though, you’re probably asking why it hasn’t gone away, and why your doctor or physio can’t fix it. You rested and you did rehab… now what?

This 6-week program features 3 sessions per week of Shin Splint/MTSS Rehabilitation and includes a video library of exercise demonstrations. This is NOT a workout or training program, and is meant to accompany your regular training. It enlists equipment such as a kettlebell, a band, a medicine ball, and other small weights, but it can be modified to match whatever equipment or facility is available to you.

Additionally, this program has been tested on athletes from multiple sports at a wide range of competitive levels, as well as Weekend Warriors and non-athletes suffering from shin pain.
