HOW IT WORKS:
Within 48 hr of your application, Julia will contact you via email to schedule your intake appointment. We meet via Zoom, discuss your training and competitive history, your goals, your potential needs, and which Training Level best fits you. If we decide we could work well together, you get access to the TrainHeroic App, where your workouts will be delivered to your phone so you can log them with ease.

SPORT PSYCHOLOGY

HOW IT WORKS:
When you apply via the link below for sport psych support, Julia will reach out to you within 48 hr to schedule an appointment. We meet either via Zoom, per phone, or in person to conduct an intake session. If we work well together, we determine the next steps forward, with either a few single sessions for targeted work or a package over a longer period.

SUPERVISION & MENTORSHIP
Hire Julia or a member of the performance team for a workshop, course, or training camp. We speak on a number of sport science and psychological themes, specifically those listed above.
Julia consults with clubs, schools, teams, and national federations on topics such as long-term athlete development, coach continuing education, and offers training camp and competition support.
Julia offers supervision for sport scientists/students, as well as mentorship on a case-by-case basis.
You can “pick my brain” for 50€ per 30 minutes.
