HOW IT WORKS:

When you apply via the link below for online coaching, Julia will reach out to you via email to schedule your intake appointment. We meet via Zoom, discuss your training and competitive history, your goals, and your potential needs. If we both decide we could work well together, you get access to the TrainHeroic App, where your workouts will be delivered to your phone so you can view and log them with ease.

We meet either via Zoom, per phone, or in person to conduct an intake session. If we work well together, we determine the next steps forward, with either a few single sessions for targeted work or a package over a longer period.

SUPERVISION & MENTORSHIP




Hire Julia or a member of the performance team for a workshop, course, or training camp. We speak on a number of sport science and psychological themes, specifically those listed above.

We consult as a team and as individuals with clubs, schools, teams, and national federations on topics such as long-term athlete development, strength coach continuing education, and as external practitioners.

Julia offers supervision for sport scientists/students, as well as mentorship on a case-by-case basis.

You can “pick my brain” for 50€ per 30 minutes.
